When you use our free case assessment form or contact us, we may collect:

- Your contact number;
- Case type and approximate amount involved;
- Any description of events you voluntarily provide.
We do not require — and you should not provide — your HKID number, bank account details, or other sensitive personal data via forms.
We may also collect anonymous browsing data (pages visited, device type) via analytics tools when you browse our website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to:
- Conduct an initial assessment of your case and contact you;
- Provide the filing support services you requested;
- Respond to your enquiries;
- Improve our website and service quality.
Providing your information is voluntary; however, without your name and contact number, we cannot assess your case or contact you.

Information you submit via forms is forwarded to our WhatsApp account through a third-party messaging notification service so we can follow up with you.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, except:
- With your consent;
- Where necessary to deliver the services you requested; or
- As required or permitted by Hong Kong law.
