EasyDebt (追討易) is a consultancy focused on Hong Kong Small Claims Tribunal matters, supporting people who wish to recover debts themselves. We are not a law firm and our staff are not lawyers. We do not, and do not intend to, provide any legal advice, legal services, or legal representation. The Small Claims Tribunal does not, by law, allow parties to be represented by lawyers.
2. Information Only
All content on this site (including procedures, fees, case studies, and guides) is general information only, does not constitute legal advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for it. Laws, fees, and procedures may change at any time; you should verify with the Hong Kong Judiciary or a qualified professional before acting.
3. Scope of Service
Our consultancy may include helping organise documents and evidence, explaining the filing process, assisting with forms, and accompanying you where needed. We do not represent you at hearings and do not make legal determinations about your case. All decisions are yours.
4. Fees & Refunds
All fees are stated clearly before you engage us. Except where agreed in writing, fees paid for services already provided are generally non-refundable. If you have any questions about fees, please contact us before engaging our services.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Recovery depends on many factors beyond our control, including the evidence, the other party's financial position, and the Tribunal's decision. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular recovery or outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or our services. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
